I was going to introduce myself but this is the Internet and you never know who will be viewing the information I put here and how they might use any personal information I might place inadvertently to my detriment be it to defraud me or otherwise cause malice.
In early 2006 I will be moving to the Philippines and have decided that the best way to maintain a focus on the move and consolidate all the information and ideas I have would be to start a Blog. I anticipate that much of what I enter will be mundane in nature but these are the things that form part of every day living. I do welcome feedback and constructive criticism.
As you might have expected I am married to a wonderful Filipina and have been for more that 16 years. We have four school age children with two already in their teens. Their safety and the continuity of the children’s education are paramount to all planning.
I have been regularly visiting the Philippines for almost 20 years so I have lots of experience and some idea of what to expect. I have no delusions about how challenging and often frustrating the Philippines can be which is another reason to conduct detailed research and planning.
